Development Manager

Katelyn Everett is a Development Manager at EVERETT and played a key role in building the business alongside Dan from day one. She works closely with clients, consultants and authorities to keep projects moving efficiently from early strategy through to approval and delivery.
 
Katelyn’s strength lies in coordination and execution, ensuring all moving parts of a project stay aligned, timelines are maintained, and stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the process. She has a strong focus on authority applications, managing the detail behind submissions and approvals to help projects progress smoothly without unnecessary delays.
 
She plays a hands-on role across council pre-lodgement plans, working with consultant teams and local authorities to keep applications well-structured, clearly communicated and progressing with momentum. Katelyn also brings a strong front-end and marketing perspective to projects, helping shape how developments are positioned, presented and understood by both authorities and the market.
 
EVERETT is a family-run business, with Katelyn and Dan being husband and wife. This brings a level of alignment, trust and accountability that’s hard to replicate. Decisions are made quickly, priorities stay clear, and clients deal directly with the people responsible for the outcome.
 
Katelyn is also actively involved in property investment and development, giving her a practical understanding of how decisions impact cost, timing and real-world outcomes. In addition to her project role, Katelyn runs the PROPERTY FEED networking event, bringing together developers, consultants and industry professionals across South East Queensland.
