It requires development management expertise that considers planning pathways, authority approvals, project feasibility, stakeholder management, and long-term operational performance from the outset.

Moreton Bay is one of South East Queensland’s most active growth regions, with population forecasts placing the city on a path toward around 690,000 residents by 2041. That growth is creating demand for new housing, commercial centres, industrial facilities and mixed use development.
Major investment in education and employment infrastructure is reshaping the region. The Mill at Moreton Bay in Petrie, anchored by the UniSC campus, is expected to support thousands of local jobs and up to 10,000 students by 2033.
This growth is increasing demand for surrounding housing, retail, student accommodation and supporting services throughout areas including Petrie, Lawnton and Kallangur.
Infrastructure investment continues to strengthen connectivity across Moreton Bay. The Redcliffe Peninsula rail line improved access throughout the northern corridor, while projects including the Youngs Crossing upgrade are helping improve flood resilience and transport movement through key residential and commercial areas.
For developers, investors and landowners, Moreton Bay presents significant long-term opportunity. At the same time, continued growth is increasing pressure around approvals, infrastructure coordination, servicing requirements and delivery timelines.
EVERETT supports projects across the region with commercially focused development management grounded in local knowledge, practical delivery experience and clear project coordination from feasibility through to completion.
