Prior to establishing EVERETT, Dan Everett was involved in the Development Application phase of The Point retail precinct at Buddina while employed by a previous architectural practice.
Acting as the project architect responsible for the development approval process, Dan coordinated consultant inputs, prepared and managed approval documentation and worked closely with the client and authorities to progress the project through planning approvals.
The experience provides EVERETT with practical insight into the planning, design coordination and skakeholder management requirements of large-format and shopping centre developments.
