Reflection Cove Apartments, Maroochydore
Reflection Cove represents one of EVERETT’s most significant waterfront mixed-use developments on the Sunshine Coast.
Located within the Emporio precinct adjoining the emerging Maroochydore CBD, the project delivered 94 waterfront apartments and two retail tenancies within a live operational environment.
EVERETT acted as Development Manager and Principal’s Representative throughout procurement and delivery, coordinating approvals, stakeholder management, consultant coordination and contract administration during the COVID construction period.

BIANCO Caloundra delivered 27 apartments and four retail tenancies within the Caloundra town centre.
EVERETT supported the builder-developer through approvals and pre-construction phases, assisting with Development Application coordination, pre-sales contract preparation and marketing support.

The Point, Buddina was a retail precinct project delivered within the Sunshine Coast Council region. Dan Everett provided both Project Management and Project Architect services, overseeing project delivery from design through to completion.

Premier Chiropractic involved tenancy base build and fitout works within Maroochydore. EVERETT acted as Principal’s Representative and Development Manager, coordinating tendering, off-the-plan delivery requirements and final project handover on behalf of the seller.
